Role at a glance

We are seeking a Senior SQL Database Administrator to join us on a full-time basis. This is an on-site position based in the United States. You will be the go-to person for our Microsoft SQL Server environments, working closely with our development and operations teams to maintain high standards of performance and reliability.

Your impact

• You will design, install, and manage our Microsoft SQL Server databases across production, test, and development environments to ensure they are always running at peak efficiency.
• You will take charge of our data security and integrity by implementing strict access controls, managing disaster recovery strategies, and performing routine patching and upgrades.
• You will act as a technical mentor, providing guidance on SQL best practices while optimizing query performance and database architecture to support our growing enterprise needs.

What you'll need

To succeed in this role, you should be a master of Microsoft SQL Server with deep experience in versions 2012 and newer. We are looking for someone who brings the following to the table:

• Extensive background in database architecture and the ability to manage complex environments at scale.
• Proven expertise in performance optimization, including indexing, query analysis, and database tuning.
• Strong knowledge of data security protocols and disaster recovery planning.
• Excellent communication skills in English to effectively coordinate with developers and system administrators.
• A proactive mindset toward troubleshooting connectivity issues, replication failures, and general database health.
