The role

We are looking for a Mid-Level SQL Analyst to join our team on a full-time basis. This is an on-site position based in the United States where you will serve as a vital link between our technical data environment and our business objectives. You will be responsible for translating high-level goals into technical requirements, ensuring that our data remains a reliable foundation for the entire company.

Core responsibilities

• Partner with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into effective SQL queries and comprehensive reports.
• Analyze large datasets to identify emerging trends, patterns, and anomalies that inform our strategic direction.
• Design and maintain data visualizations and dashboards that communicate complex insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Skills and experience

To succeed in this role, you should possess a strong analytical mindset and a technical background in database management. We require the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of professional experience working as an SQL Analyst or in a comparable capacity.
• Deep proficiency in SQL with a proven ability to query and manipulate large, complex datasets.
• Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.
• Familiarity with modern data visualization tools and data warehousing concepts.
• Excellent communication skills in English, with a sharp eye for detail and data integrity.
