As we continue to innovate and enhance our customer experience, we are looking for a dedicated Learning & Development and Quality Assurance Specialist to join our Global Business Service Centre team.
What you'll be doing
- You will create and maintain training materials and quality standards for our global business services teams to ensure consistent excellence.
- You will act as a primary point of contact for internal stakeholders, providing detailed reports on training progress, assessment results, and necessary retraining interventions.
- You will perform daily audits based on established quality assurance parameters and lead process improvements by analyzing performance data to identify trends and knowledge gaps.
What you'll bring
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:
- Between 2 and 4 years of experience in a Training or Quality Assurance capacity, ideally within customer service, fraud risk, or anti-money laundering operations.
- Proven proficiency with learning management systems and various e-learning development tools.
- Fluency in both English and French, allowing you to communicate effectively in both written and spoken formats.
- Strong interpersonal skills, enabling you to build collaborative relationships with stakeholders at every level of the organization.
- The ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and thrive in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift quickly.
