We are currently looking for a talented Sous Chef to join our team at a brand new, fine-dining restaurant located in the heart of Oxford. Our establishment is dedicated to serving a classical French menu, and we pride ourselves on using only the freshest and most premium ingredients available. As we establish our presence in the city, we are seeking a passionate culinary professional to help lead our kitchen operations and contribute to our ambitious vision.
Key outcomes
- Assist the Head Chef in the daily management of all kitchen operations.
- Maintain full responsibility for food safety standards and HACCP compliance.
- Ensure the consistent production of high-quality dishes that meet at least a Rosette level of excellence.
- Contribute to a fun and collaborative team environment while staying informed on current culinary trends.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role within a high-quality kitchen environment.
- A proven track record of consistently delivering food to a Rosette standard.
- Strong proficiency in French culinary techniques.
- Demonstrated ability in kitchen management and team leadership.
- Fluency in English.
Compensation
The salary for this position is 41000 GBP per year.
