We are excited to invite you to join Abnormal Security as a Senior Sourcing Specialist. Our company is a leader in protecting organizations from sophisticated cyberattacks by using an innovative, AI-based platform that detects anomalies in email communication. As we continue to grow our R&D presence in India, we are looking for a talented individual to help us identify and attract the best technical minds in the industry. This is a 12-month contract position that offers a hybrid work environment, allowing you to balance your professional responsibilities with flexibility.

What you'll be doing

You will proactively build and manage a robust pipeline of candidates for our R&D teams, focusing on specialized areas like software engineering, machine learning, and cybersecurity.
You will partner directly with our recruiters and hiring managers to define candidate personas, conduct deep market research, and gain a clear understanding of our specific hiring goals.
You will manage the full top-of-funnel experience, from conducting initial outreach and screening potential talent to maintaining accurate records in our recruitment systems.

What you'll bring

You have at least 3 years of experience in talent sourcing, specifically within the engineering or R&D sectors.
You possess a strong grasp of technical domains, including software engineering, machine learning, and cybersecurity, which helps you identify the right talent.
You are highly proficient in advanced search techniques, such as Boolean searching, and you are comfortable using platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and Stack Overflow.
You communicate clearly in English and have a proven ability to build lasting relationships with both passive candidates and internal stakeholders.
You thrive in fast-paced environments where you can adapt your sourcing strategies to meet evolving business needs.
