Sourcing Specialist at Abnormal Security

Our company is a leader in protecting organizations from sophisticated cyberattacks by using an innovative, AI-based platform that detects anomalies in email communication. As we continue to grow our R&D presence in India, we are looking for a talented individual to help us identify and attract the best technical minds in the industry. This is a 12-month contract position that offers a hybrid work environment, allowing you to balance your professional responsibilities with flexibility.

What you'll be doing

• You will proactively build and manage a robust pipeline of candidates for our R&D teams, focusing on specialized areas like software engineering, machine learning, and cybersecurity.
• You will partner directly with our recruiters and hiring managers to define candidate personas, conduct deep market research, and gain a clear understanding of our specific hiring goals.
• You will manage the full top-of-funnel experience, from conducting initial outreach and screening potential talent to maintaining accurate records in our recruitment systems.

What you'll bring

• You have at least 3 years of experience in talent sourcing, specifically within the engineering or R&D sectors.
• You possess a strong grasp of technical domains, including software engineering, machine learning, and cybersecurity, which helps you identify the right talent.
• You are highly proficient in advanced search techniques, such as Boolean searching, and you are comfortable using platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and Stack Overflow.
• You communicate clearly in English and have a proven ability to build lasting relationships with both passive candidates and internal stakeholders.
• You thrive in fast-paced environments where you can adapt your sourcing strategies to meet evolving business needs.
