We are looking for a Senior Sourcing Specialist to join our team in the United States. In this full-time, on-site role, you will drive our talent pipeline strategy for Futurestep RPO and project clients by identifying top-tier talent and optimizing our outreach channels.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business partners to align your sourcing efforts with broader workforce plans and specific hiring needs.
- Design and implement comprehensive sourcing strategies to build robust talent pools for specialized profiles.
- Identify and optimize a wide variety of channels to improve both the volume and caliber of candidates.
- Monitor the effectiveness of our sourcing framework and adjust tactics based on performance outcomes.
- Partner with marketing and communications teams to craft compelling candidate messaging and promote our employee value proposition.
- Manage candidate relationships to engage the passive talent community effectively.
- Promote internal programs such as employee referrals, alumni networks, and internal mobility.
- Conduct competitive intelligence research and create detailed talent maps to guide our search efforts.
- Provide coaching and support to team members while keeping up with the latest industry tools and best practices.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate data and workflow within our tracking systems.
Must-haves
- Extensive experience in candidate sourcing and talent acquisition.
- Proven ability to develop and execute complex sourcing strategies.
- Strong skills in research and competitive intelligence.
- Fluency in English, with excellent communication skills for both internal stakeholders and candidates.
