Solutions Engineer at Clara

We are currently looking for a Senior Solutions Engineer to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. In this role, you will act as a technical advisor for our strategic B2B clients in Brazil, guiding them through complex integrations between our platform and their enterprise ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end execution of large-scale ERP integration projects, managing everything from the initial planning stages to final delivery.
• Act as the primary technical contact for our clients, providing expert guidance on our APIs, integration best practices, and configurations for systems like SAP and Oracle.
• Oversee third-party vendor relationships, including the selection and management of specialized ERP consultants and implementation partners.

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• At least 5 years of experience in a customer-facing technical role, such as a Solutions Engineer or Technical Account Manager, with a specific focus on ERP systems.
• Proven expertise in managing complex integration projects within the Brazilian market.
• Deep technical knowledge of ERP structures, integration patterns, and cloud technologies like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Proficiency in using integration platforms such as MuleSoft or Dell Boomi.
• Full professional fluency in both Portuguese and English to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders.
