What you bring

As a Senior Solutions Engineer, you will act as the primary technical advisor for our strategic enterprise clients in Brazil. This is a full-time, remote position that allows you to work from anywhere while focusing on complex ERP integrations. You will bridge the gap between our platform and major systems like SAP and Oracle to ensure our clients have a seamless experience.

• Lead end-to-end implementation projects for large-scale ERP integrations from the initial phase through to completion.
• Serve as the technical authority for our APIs and integration best practices, working alongside Key Account Managers to support sales pitches and client success.
• Manage relationships with third-party vendors and ERP consultants to ensure project timelines and technical requirements are met.

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate who possesses a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. You should have at least five years of experience in a technical, customer-facing role where you have mastered ERP systems and their underlying data structures. Success in this role requires fluency in both Portuguese and English, as you will be communicating with diverse stakeholders. We value professionals who are analytical, adaptable, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced startup environment. You should have a proven track record of managing external vendors and navigating enterprise procurement processes, along with technical familiarity with cloud technologies and integration platforms.
