What is this role?
We are hiring a Solutions Engineer to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. The position is open to senior professionals and is based in France, with an expected travel commitment of 20–40 percent.
What will you do?
- Partner with sales representatives and channel partners to position Yubico solutions and help the team reach its revenue targets.
- Design and deliver proofs of concept, deployment plans, and technical consulting engagements that demonstrate how our products meet customer goals.
- Share customer feedback with engineering and marketing teams so we can refine existing offerings and explore new markets.
What makes you a great fit?
You bring at least three years of direct technical customer interaction, ideally in IT security or a pre-sales capacity. You are fluent in French, with strong skills in English and Spanish, and you feel comfortable working across time zones and cultures. You understand authentication and identity-management technologies such as SAML, OpenID, ADFS, VPN, and related protocols, and you can configure and troubleshoot enterprise environments on Windows, Mac, and Linux. Strong written and verbal communication, project-management discipline, and the ability to build credibility with both prospects and existing customers round out your profile.
