Role at a glance
We are seeking a Junior Solutions Engineer to join us on a full-time basis. This is an on-site role based in our office in Pasig City, Philippines. You will be a vital part of our technical operations, working alongside our global engineering teams in the United States and Korea to ensure our 150+ robot fleet delivers a seamless experience for our customers.
Your impact
- Act as a first responder for our robot fleet by triaging, diagnosing, and resolving technical issues in real time to maintain high service uptime.
- Manage the end-to-end deployment process for new customer sites, including remote configuration and the setup of integrations with elevators, doors, and alarm systems.
- Collaborate with our broader engineering team to develop new features and implement software fixes that enhance overall fleet performance.
What you'll need
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Robotics, Mechatronics, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Proven software engineering experience, whether through full-time roles, internships, or significant academic projects.
- Proficiency in Python or C++ within a Linux environment.
- Strong system administration skills and comfort working with the Linux command line.
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken, to communicate effectively with diverse audiences.
- A genuine passion for learning about complex technologies, ranging from our robotics hardware to our web infrastructure.
Bonus points if you have experience with the Robot Operating System (ROS), network configuration, or working with robotics hardware and sensors.
