Solutions Engineer at Helio

We are looking for a Senior Solutions Engineer to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. At Helio, we are building the infrastructure to help merchants and creators tap into the growing world of decentralized wealth. We make it simple for anyone to accept crypto payments, and we currently power transactions for over 5,000 merchants and hundreds of thousands of unique wallets. Our founding team has a proven track record of building and exiting two B2B SaaS companies for a total of $600 million, and we are backed by leading venture capital firms like Lightspeed Faction and Peak Capital. We are looking for someone who is ready to help us shape the future of onchain payments.

Responsibilities

• Support and improve our software platform by helping our developer community build innovative solutions using our APIs, integrations, and plugins.
• Act as a technical advocate for developers, ensuring they can successfully integrate the Helio platform into a wide variety of projects.
• Contribute to the overall quality of our products by participating in product testing, troubleshooting complex system issues, and squashing bugs.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in solutions engineering, specifically working with frontend and customer-facing teams.
• Strong proficiency in full-stack technologies, including JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, Next.js, and React, as well as experience with SDKs and plugins for languages like PHP and Python.
• Exceptional skills in building data models using SQL and NoSQL.
• A background as a developer who has transitioned into a customer-focused role.
• Experience with site reliability and a strong ability to investigate and resolve complex technical challenges.
• A proactive, positive attitude and the ability to thrive in the uncertainty of a startup environment.
