At Rain, we are rebuilding the global financial infrastructure to make stablecoins practical for everyday use. By powering cross-border payments, credit card transactions, and B2B purchases, we help neobanks and institutions launch inclusive, efficient financial products, and we are looking for a Solutions Engineer to help us scale this borderless system.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of customer implementations, guiding clients from initial technical discovery through to production deployment.
- Provide hands-on technical support to troubleshoot integration issues and ensure our platform meets client needs.
- Advise customers on API capabilities and assist them as they develop on the Rain platform.
- Partner with our product and engineering teams to translate customer feedback into actionable roadmap improvements.
- Act as a bridge between client requirements and our technical team, advocating for solutions that drive success.
Must-haves
- At least 2 years of professional experience in system integrations, such as working as a Solutions Engineer, Support Engineer, or Implementation Specialist.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a dedication to customer success.
- Excellent communication abilities, with the capacity to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Practical experience using JavaScript and SQL.
- The ability to manage multiple projects independently in a fast-paced, early-stage environment.
- Fluency in English.
Nice-to-haves
- Previous experience within the Fintech industry, particularly with card issuing or neobanking.
- Familiarity with real-time payment processing, financial APIs, and webhook systems.
