We are currently seeking a Lead Solutions Engineer to join our remote-friendly team and help us continue our mission of redefining the global translation market.
Key outcomes
- Act as the primary technical partner to our Account Executives, managing the customer experience from initial scoping through successful deployment.
- Design and deliver compelling technical demonstrations, reference architectures, and proof-of-concepts that highlight the value of our AI-driven platform.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on localization process optimization, providing consultative guidance to clients on their technology stacks.
- Collaborate closely with our Product, Engineering, and Services teams to ensure seamless transitions for prospects and long-term success for our customers.
- Contribute to the development of client integrations and internal processes to ensure consistent, high-quality solution delivery.
- Stay at the forefront of industry trends, specifically regarding the application of Large Language Models and AI in multilingual content management.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in a technical pre-sales or post-sales role within the language services, language technology, or content management sectors.
- Strong expertise in localization solutions, technologies, and workflows.
- Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively to diverse audiences, including C-level executives.
- A highly analytical mindset with a passion for solving difficult technical problems and managing complex projects.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- A self-motivated approach and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and results-driven environment.
Preferred qualifications
- Direct experience in localization engineering.
- Familiarity with Translation Management Systems (TMS) and Computer-Assisted Translation (CAT) tools.
- Experience integrating Content Management Systems (CMS) with translation workflows.
- Knowledge of Large Language Models, including fine-tuning techniques.
- Previous experience working in a startup or high-growth environment.
