Role at a glance
We are seeking a Senior Solutions Architect to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a remote position available to candidates located anywhere. You will serve as the technical bridge between our platform, our public API, and the complex marketing technology stacks used by our customers.
Your impact
- Design and prototype custom API integrations that allow our platform to communicate seamlessly with third-party marketing tools and ecosystems.
- Partner with our sales team to provide technical expertise, conduct API walkthroughs, and help prospects understand the full potential of our platform.
- Collaborate with Systems Integrators, digital agencies, and third-party developers to facilitate large-scale implementations and provide technical enablement.
What you'll need
- 3 to 5 years of experience in solution architecture, pre-sales engineering, or API integration.
- Strong technical proficiency with RESTful APIs, OAuth, and webhooks.
- Hands-on experience writing and debugging API calls using tools like Postman, Python, or JavaScript.
- A deep understanding of the marketing technology landscape and how different platforms integrate.
- Excellent communication skills to translate complex technical concepts for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Fluency in English.
