Solutions Architect at Cyware

At Cyware, we are transforming the cybersecurity landscape by unifying threat intelligence, automation, and incident response into a single, cohesive Cyber Fusion platform. Our technology is designed by security practitioners to help enterprises, government agencies, and managed security service providers move beyond siloed operations. As we continue to grow following our Series C funding, we are looking for a Senior Solutions Architect to join our remote team in the United States. You will serve as a vital bridge between our product development and our customers, creating the architectures and use cases that prove our platform's value in real-world environments.

Key outcomes

• Develop, package, and maintain reusable reference architectures and use cases for threat intelligence, security automation, and autonomous SOC workflows.
• Create compelling technical demonstrations that clearly articulate our value proposition to both executive leadership and technical decision-makers.
• Act as a primary voice of the market, translating customer feedback and field insights into actionable product requirements and roadmap enhancements.
• Collaborate directly with our Engineering and Product teams to pressure-test emerging AI and agentic features against real-world scenarios.
• Enable our internal Sales Engineering, Technical Delivery, and Customer Success teams by providing high-quality technical assets and best practices.
• Design and prototype innovative use cases for our collaboration and threat-sharing applications.
• Provide architectural guidance for strategic deals, helping to anticipate technical challenges and deliver creative solutions.

Requirements

• United States citizenship is required for this role.
• A Bachelor's degree and at least 8 years of progressive experience across IT, security, development, or infrastructure design.
• A minimum of 3 years of direct experience in security solution architecture.
• Proficiency in Python for automation, scripting, and building REST API integrations.
• Strong expertise in cyber threat intelligence, incident response, and vulnerability management, including familiarity with frameworks like MITRE ATT&CK.
• Hands-on experience implementing SOAR workflows and security automation.
• A deep understanding of the security ecosystem, including SIEM, EDR/XDR, and threat intelligence enrichment sources.
• Knowledge of AI-assisted security operations and autonomous SOC use cases.
• Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to whiteboard technical concepts and present to executive stakeholders.
