What you bring

We are looking for a Senior Solutions Architect to join our team on a full-time basis. This role is remote, specifically for candidates based in Colombia. You will be responsible for designing scalable, high-performance systems that meet our clients' strategic goals while bridging the gap between complex business requirements and cutting-edge technology. Your core responsibilities will include:

• Designing end-to-end architectures that are scalable, reliable, and efficient for enterprise-level applications.
• Collaborating directly with clients and stakeholders to translate their unique business challenges into innovative technical solutions.
• Leading and mentoring technical teams throughout the development lifecycle to ensure engineering excellence and the adoption of best practices.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have a solid foundation in Computer Science or a related field, typically demonstrated by a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree. We are looking for someone with at least three to four years of experience in an architectural capacity, specifically within the machine learning and artificial intelligence space. You should be proficient in programming languages like Python, Java, or C++ and have a strong grasp of data frameworks. It is essential that you possess excellent communication skills, as you will frequently explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Experience in the agency or consultancy industry is highly valued, as is a deep understanding of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. If you hold a degree in Engineering, please be prepared to provide your professional license as required by local regulations.
