The role

We are looking for a Senior Solutions Architect to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. This is a high-impact position for an experienced professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will serve as a bridge between our technology and our customers, helping them integrate our platform into their environments while providing the technical guidance necessary to secure their AI infrastructure.

Core responsibilities

• Partner directly with customers to enhance their AI and ML security posture through architectural guidance and platform implementation.
• Design and build technical proof of concepts and architectural patterns tailored for Kubernetes and SaaS deployments.
• Collaborate closely with our product and engineering teams to translate customer feedback into actionable product improvements and future features.

Skills and experience

To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong background in both technical architecture and customer-facing engagement. We are looking for candidates who have:

• Extensive experience deploying production-grade AI/ML infrastructure.
• A proven track record of working as a Solutions Architect in a customer-facing capacity.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to create and present thought leadership content, such as white papers, blogs, and workshops.
• Proficiency with Kubernetes, which is considered a significant advantage.
• A passion for problem-solving and working within an agile, startup-driven culture.

Compensation and benefits
