What is this role?

We are seeking a Senior Solution Engineer to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a remote position open to candidates anywhere. In this role, you will act as a technical bridge between our platform and our customers, helping engineering leaders design and implement complex, real-time architectures.

What will you do?

• Lead technical discovery sessions to understand customer requirements and design scalable solutions that integrate perfectly with our real-time platform.
• Build and present high-impact technical demos and proofs of concept that showcase the capabilities of our technology to developers and decision-makers.
• Advocate for our users by gathering feedback and collaborating with our product and engineering teams to improve our documentation and developer experience.

What makes you a great fit?

You are a technical expert who understands the challenges of modern software development. You possess a strong background in JavaScript and TypeScript, with deep experience in APIs, backend services, and web infrastructure. You have a solid grasp of event-driven systems and protocols such as WebSockets. Beyond your technical skills, you are a clear communicator who can translate complex architectural concepts into business value for a wide range of stakeholders, from junior developers to CTOs. You have a passion for developer experience and thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments.
