About the Role
We are looking for a Solution Engineer to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a mid-level position where you will serve as a technical expert, helping our clients understand and integrate our radar data into their own workflows. You will act as a bridge between our complex technology and our customers, ensuring they have the tools and insights needed to solve time-critical challenges.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver compelling product demonstrations and technical presentations that showcase the unique power of our solutions.
- Collaborate closely with Sales Executives and Account Managers to provide technical guidance and support throughout the entire customer journey.
- Take charge of data delivery setups and assist clients in successfully integrating our geospatial products into their existing operational processes.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in technical pre-sales or GIS consulting. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- Proven experience working directly with clients, particularly within government, insurance, utility, or financial services sectors.
- Strong project management abilities and excellent communication skills when working with large accounts.
- Practical expertise in performing geospatial analysis, including experience with enterprise or web GIS platforms.
- A creative approach to problem-solving and a passion for using data to tell a compelling story.
- Familiarity with remote sensing, SAR, or programming languages like Python is considered a significant advantage.
Location
This position is based in Australia, with offices located in Canberra and the Gold Coast.
