What You’ll Do: As our Solution Architect, you’ll play a key role in architecting and governing the digital solutions that fuel our product strategy, ensuring seamless integration, scalability, and data-driven decision-making. Expect to:
✔Design & Develop innovative digital products and technical solutions under an agile delivery model.
✔Lead Technical Strategy by collaborating with Technology & Product Development leaders to enhance processes and ways of working.
✔Drive Digital Transformation by implementing software prototypes and providing technical oversight on new concepts.
✔Partner with Business Teams including Product, Sales, and Transformation to offer technical expertise in customer engagements.
✔Champion Enterprise Governance as part of the wider Architecture Group, shaping our strategic technology roadmap.
✔Work Hands-on with Agile Squads, ensuring seamless delivery of future product feature sets.
What You Bring to the Team: We’re looking for someone with deep experience in systems integration, data management, and solution architecture, combined with strong communication skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
🔹 Proven experience as a Solution Architect, designing, developing, and delivering integrated solutions.
🔹 Expertise in cloud technologies (certifications preferred) and infrastructure/hosting options.
🔹 Strong knowledge of integration frameworks, software development lifecycles, and enterprise architecture concepts.
🔹 Familiarity with payments industry trends and technologies (a plus!).
🔹 Ability to work within agile squads, adapt to emerging design changes, and drive technical excellence.
🔹 Deep understanding of security, privacy, and compliance in financial institutions.
