We are looking for a Lead Solution Architect to join our team at Worldline NZ on a full-time basis. As the organization formerly known as Paymark, we are the backbone of electronic payments in New Zealand. We process 28 billion transactions valued at $1 trillion for over 84,000 merchants, placing us at the very center of the nation's digital economy. Responsibilities
- Design and develop innovative digital products while working within an agile delivery model to ensure seamless integration and scalability.
- Lead our technical strategy by collaborating with product and technology leaders to improve our internal processes and ways of working.
- Provide technical oversight and guidance on new concepts while championing enterprise governance to help define our long-term technology roadmap.
Requirements
- Extensive experience working as a Solution Architect with a focus on designing and delivering complex, integrated systems.
- Strong expertise in cloud technologies, infrastructure, and hosting options, with relevant certifications being highly regarded.
- Deep knowledge of data management, integration frameworks, and the software development lifecycle, alongside a solid understanding of security and compliance within financial institutions.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive while working hands-on within agile squads.
