Forge, a member of Ajinomoto Bio-Pharma Services, serves as a dedicated gene therapy development engine. We are committed to helping innovators, including scientists, physicians, and patient groups, transition life-changing therapies from the laboratory to the bedside. Based in Columbus, Ohio, our operations are centered in a 200,000 square foot facility we call the Hearth, which is a custom-designed cGMP space built for scalable AAV manufacturing. We are currently looking for a strategic Solution Architect to oversee the design, implementation, and optimization of our NetSuite ERP and broader enterprise application ecosystem. In this full-time, hybrid role, you will act as a vital bridge between our business requirements and our technology stack, supporting our Finance, HR, and Commercial domains.
Key outcomes
- Design and implement scalable NetSuite ERP architectures that align with our business objectives and industry standards.
- Lead the end-to-end development of modules covering finance, procurement, inventory, and order management.
- Create integration strategies to connect NetSuite with other critical systems, such as CRM, HRIS, and data analytics platforms.
- Drive the standardization of business processes through technology and identify opportunities for automation to reduce manual effort.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate system requirements into technical specifications and manage vendor relationships.
- Establish governance models for system configurations and conduct regular health checks to ensure optimal performance.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for enhancements, reporting, and financial compliance.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of professional experience in ERP solution architecture, with a primary focus on NetSuite ERP.
- Comprehensive knowledge of NetSuite modules, including finance, procurement, and inventory management.
- Proven ability to design integrations between NetSuite and other enterprise systems.
- Strong expertise in business process mapping, system optimization, and automation.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Fluency in English.
- A strong preference for candidates who can work onsite at our Columbus, Ohio facility at least one week per month.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience working within a regulated environment such as FDA, GxP, HIPAA, or SOX.
- Proficiency in technical tools including SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and SuiteTalk (SOAP/REST APIs).
- Prior experience with data analytics systems and HRIS platforms.
