We are looking for a talented Solidworks Designer to join our team in Fayetteville, Georgia, and help us continue our tradition of excellence.
What you'll be doing
- You will utilize your design expertise to create high-quality wiring diagrams and technical schematics while managing the development of complete drawing packages.
- You will act as a key point of contact for our engineering and manufacturing teams by reviewing requests and updating drawings to reflect current project needs.
- You will maintain detailed documentation for all engineering changes, ensuring every update aligns with our internal standards while providing regular status reports on your active projects.
What you'll bring
To succeed in this role, you should be a motivated professional who thrives in a collaborative environment. We require the following qualifications:
- An Associate Degree in Applied Science with a focus on Computer Aided Drafting and Design, or at least three years of relevant professional experience.
- Strong proficiency in SolidWorks and a solid working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, to effectively manage client relationships and internal coordination.
- The ability to work on-site in Fayetteville, GA.
We also value candidates who bring additional expertise in project management, hands-on assembly experience, or familiarity with tools such as PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Business Central.
