Role at a glance
This is a full-time, junior-level position for a Solar Engineer. You will work in a hybrid capacity, balancing time between our office and project sites to ensure your designs come to life. We are looking for someone who is already based in the Netherlands to join our mission.
Your impact
- Design with purpose: You will create detailed solar power installations using AutoCAD, focusing on DC-engineering, string layouts, and cable routing.
- Collaborate for success: You will work closely with sales teams, project managers, and field technicians to ensure every design is both technically sound and practical.
- Bridge the gap: You will visit project locations to validate your designs and translate your findings into effective, real-world technical solutions.
What you'll need
- A completed technical education at the MBO4 or HBO level.
- Proven experience or a strong affinity for solar energy and DC-engineering.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D is a must), with knowledge of Virto.CAD considered a plus.
- A collaborative spirit and the ambition to grow your expertise in battery storage, grid connections, and integrated energy systems.
- Fluency in English and Dutch.
