Wormhole Labs is looking for a Solana Protocol Engineer

What you'll be doing
- You will design, implement, test, and perform security reviews for our core Solana programs and protocols.
- You will work alongside cross-functional teams to translate customer requirements and business needs into robust smart contract code.
- You will help establish and follow industry-leading security practices for smart contract development in partnership with our internal security researchers.
What you'll bring
- You have at least one year of experience writing production-level Solana programs, or you have a strong background in writing production Rust for large-scale applications.
- You possess a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, though we also welcome applicants with equivalent practical experience.
- You are a high-agency individual who takes ownership of outcomes and prioritizes customer satisfaction.
- You are a collaborative team player who communicates clearly in English and is comfortable working within the 10 AM to 6 PM US Eastern Time window.
- You have a deep interest in the business impact of your technical work and are comfortable challenging priorities when necessary.
