What you bring

We are seeking a Mid-Level Solana Program Engineer for a Full Time role that can be performed remotely from anywhere in the world. You will be instrumental in pushing the boundaries of blockchain technology by collaborating with teams focused on DeFi, core infrastructure, and on-chain applications. Your primary responsibilities include:

• Developing and deploying high-performance, production-grade Solana programs using Rust and the Anchor framework.
• Designing and iterating on complex smart contracts to support next-generation decentralized finance protocols.
• Contributing to the broader ecosystem by building developer tools and middleware that improve the overall Solana experience.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should possess at least two years of hands-on experience building and shipping programs on the Solana blockchain. We look for candidates who have a deep understanding of the Solana runtime, including SPL tokens, program derived addresses, and account optimization. You must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup-like environment where independent problem-solving and technical trade-offs are part of the daily routine. Proficiency in English is required, and you should be passionate about the DeFi space and the potential of permissionless networks. A strong desire to contribute to open-source projects and a track record of taking ideas from concept to production will set you apart.
