What is this role?

We are looking for a Senior Software Training Content Creator to join our team on a contractor basis. This is a hybrid role based in Czechia, where you will play a vital part in how our users and administrators learn to navigate our ecosystem. You will be responsible for crafting high-quality educational content that makes our complex tools easy to understand.

What will you do?

• Produce comprehensive how-to guides and walkthroughs that cater to both technical administrators and everyday end users.
• Develop and refine a variety of educational assets, including written documentation, presentations, and scripts in both Czech and English.
• Record and edit instructional videos while leveraging modern AI tools to streamline your workflow and improve content quality.

• Full professional proficiency in both Czech and English.
• A proven track record of creating structured tutorials or step-by-step software instructions.
• Hands-on experience with basic video editing software.
• Familiarity with using AI tools to assist in content production.
• Strong collaborative skills to work effectively with our internal teams.
• Bonus points if you have a background in teaching adults or a solid understanding of messaging protocols like SMTP and IMAP.
