- Analyze specific customer requirements and learning needs to create tailored training strategies.
- Design and execute high-quality training sessions that ensure all participants leave with a confident grasp of our platform.
- Manage your own schedule and tasks as a self-starter to ensure training objectives are met consistently.
- Refine and evolve our training programs based on direct feedback from stakeholders and users.
- Achieve a steady rhythm of delivery within the first six months, establishing a clear roadmap for future educational initiatives.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in delivering systems training for complex SaaS applications.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of users and stakeholders.
- A tech-savvy mindset with strong organizational skills.
- A deep passion for software education and the ability to inspire confidence in others.
- Full proficiency in English.
