Software Product Manager at Culture Biosciences

The role

We are looking for a Software Product Manager to join our team on a full-time, hybrid basis. This is a mid-level position for a collaborative and hands-on professional who is eager to shape how scientists interact with our bioreactors and cloud software. As we rebuild our tools and prepare for our next major product launch, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our enterprise software remains intuitive, reliable, and highly effective for our users.

Core responsibilities

• Partner with our engineering teams to build high-impact features that prioritize a seamless and intuitive user experience.
• Conduct deep user research to translate complex customer needs into clear, actionable product requirements.
• Collaborate across hardware, software, and design teams to ensure our digital tools integrate perfectly with our physical bioreactor systems.

Skills and experience

To succeed in this role, you should have a strong background in product management and a passion for technical innovation. We are looking for the following qualifications:

• Four to six years of professional experience, ideally within software, hardware, or biotechnology sectors.
• Two to four years of specific experience as a Product Manager, with a proven track record of launching impactful products.
• A bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field.
• Experience in SaaS, Life Sciences, or other highly technical domains is considered a significant advantage.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on technical execution.

Compensation and benefits

The base salary range for this position is $150,000 to $180,000 USD. In addition to a competitive salary, we provide a comprehensive benefits package designed to support our team members:
