We are looking for a Software Engineering Manager to join our team and lead our strategic growth in the integrations space.
What you'll be doing
- You will oversee all engineering aspects of our integrations, balancing internal needs with external customer requirements to ensure our platform remains top-tier.
- You will manage and mentor a dedicated team of integration engineers, fostering high morale and helping them maintain exceptional standards of code quality and delivery.
- You will own our customer-facing API and our in-app integrations center, building scalable solutions using both no-code and full-code environments while managing architecture and deployments.
What you'll bring
To be successful in this role, you should have at least 5 years of experience in software development and a proven track record as a people manager and technical lead. We are looking for someone who is customer-obsessed and ready to lead with integrity. Your technical background should include the following:
- Proficiency in NodeJS and TypeScript.
- Experience with SQL, specifically MySQL or MariaDB.
- Direct experience with iPaaS systems such as Prismatic, Workato, Zapier, Mulesoft, or similar tools.
- Strong familiarity with APIs and Jira for project tracking.
- Fluency in English.
What you'll get
