The opportunity

As a Software Engineering Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our engineering organization. This is a remote-first position where you will lead, mentor, and grow our talented engineering teams. You will act as a bridge between technical execution and business strategy, ensuring that our development processes are efficient, scalable, and aligned with our mission to provide transparent and reliable data to the global market. Your work will directly influence our ability to innovate within the fast-paced blockchain ecosystem.

A day in the life

• Drive operational excellence by reviewing delivery metrics, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing improvement plans that ensure our engineering output remains high-quality and sustainable.
• Cultivate team growth through active talent management, including leading hiring sprints, conducting performance reviews, and fostering an inclusive culture that encourages upskilling and innovation.
• Collaborate on strategy by working closely with executive leadership to define technical roadmaps, manage resources, and communicate key milestones to stakeholders across the company.

Who you are

You are an experienced leader with up to 10 years of background in software development and team management. You possess a deep understanding of the cryptocurrency and blockchain landscape, and you are comfortable navigating the complexities of financial markets. You are a strong communicator who excels at change management and building consensus among diverse stakeholders. You have a proven ability to solve difficult problems using data-backed insights, and you approach your work with empathy, creativity, and a strong sense of ownership. Proficiency in English is required to effectively lead our global team.
