What you bring

We are looking for a dedicated Software Engineering Manager to lead our frontend development team. This full-time position is based in the United States, specifically for candidates residing in Washington State who can visit our Bellevue office for meetings a few times each month. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our technical direction while fostering a high-performing culture. Your primary responsibilities include:

• Leading, mentoring, and managing a team of frontend engineers while overseeing recruitment and professional development.
• Providing hands-on technical leadership by contributing to code, conducting design reviews, and establishing architectural best practices.
• Partnering with product managers and designers to prioritize project workloads and ensure the delivery of scalable, high-quality applications.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong background in frontend engineering and leadership. We require a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, along with at least five years of software engineering experience and three years in a management capacity. You must have deep expertise in Vue 3, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern state management. We value candidates who are fluent in English and have a proven track record of working within Agile environments. A solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines, testing, and code review processes is essential. We are looking for a proactive leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about building maintainable, user-focused software.

What we offer
