What you bring
We are looking for a Software Engineering Manager to join our team on a Full Time, Remote basis. You will lead the team responsible for our Measure, Report, Verify product, which helps customers track and incentivize regenerative farming. Your work will involve using technologies like Python, Go, React, MySQL, and Postgres to deliver high-quality outcomes. You can be based anywhere for this role.
- Lead and support an engineering team to deliver impactful software solutions.
- Oversee project planning and execution while balancing technical requirements with business goals.
- Mentor team members to foster professional growth and maintain a high-performance culture.
Requirements
The ideal candidate is a seasoned leader with a strong background in software engineering, ideally at the senior level. You should have a deep understanding of the full software development lifecycle and a proven ability to design complex systems. We value candidates who have experience hiring and developing high-performing teams. You must be comfortable working directly with customers to understand their needs and have excellent English communication skills to collaborate effectively across our remote environment.
