Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience as a software engineer or in a comparable technical role.
• At least 5 years of experience in a people management position.
• Proven ability to coach and empower teams with a strong commitment to inclusivity and belonging.
• Strong project management capabilities, with the ability to balance multiple priorities in a team-oriented setting.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
• A strategic mindset that allows you to identify challenges early and collaborate on effective solutions.
• Fluency in English.

Preferred qualifications

• Technical proficiency in TypeScript, Node, Python, Scala/JVM, Postgres, and AWS.
• Experience working within an ISO-27001 or SOC2-compliant environment.

Compensation

The annual salary range for this position is $185,000 USD to $210,000 USD. In addition to competitive pay, we offer a comprehensive benefits package for our full-time team members, which includes:
