What is this role?

We are seeking a Software Engineering Lead to join our team in a full-time capacity. This is a remote position available to candidates located anywhere in the United States. As a lead, you will be responsible for guiding our engineering efforts, mentoring team members, and ensuring we deliver high-quality solutions that align with our business goals. We are looking for someone with at least eight years of full stack development experience, including two or more years in a leadership role.

What will you do?

• Provide technical leadership by mentoring both onsite and offshore engineers, overseeing technical design, and championing best practices in coding and debugging.
• Manage the end-to-end execution of software projects, which includes coordinating timelines, resources, and dependencies to ensure we meet our quality standards on schedule.
• Drive innovation by staying current with industry trends and implementing improvements to our software development lifecycle and overall team efficiency.

You should have a strong technical background and a passion for solving complex problems. We are looking for candidates who possess the following qualities and skills:

• Expertise in Full Stack Engineering, specifically using React, Go, and Python.
• Proven experience designing and engineering globally distributed systems within Azure or other major cloud environments.
• Deep knowledge of API development, Service Oriented Architecture, and Data Management.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to foster an inclusive, collaborative environment while working with cross-functional stakeholders.
• A track record of successful leadership, including the ability to inspire teams and facilitate offshore collaboration.
• Fluency in English.
