What is this role?

We are seeking a Software Engineering Co-op to join our team for an internship. This position is specifically open to Northeastern University students who are eager to contribute to our growing software ecosystem. Whether you are interested in building customer-facing web interfaces, developing core features for our Android-based hardware, or exploring AI video processing, you will have the chance to make a real impact on our user experience.

What will you do?

• Collaborate directly with our software engineers to design, develop, and test meaningful software projects.
• Write full-stack code using TypeScript and React to enhance our platforms.
• Participate in all engineering meetings and ceremonies, becoming a fully integrated member of our development team.

What makes you a great fit?

You are a quick learner who thrives on synthesizing new information and applying it to complex problems. We value candidates who possess a strong foundation in computer science theory, including algorithms, data structures, and software design. You should be proficient in an object-oriented language like Java, Kotlin, Python, or Node.js, and have experience building web applications using HTML/CSS and JavaScript. Familiarity with SQL and relational databases is a plus. Beyond technical skills, we look for a growth mindset, a passion for your craft, and the communication skills necessary to ask great questions and provide thoughtful feedback.
