What you bring

We are looking for a Software Engineering Co-Op to join our Information Technology team on an Internship basis. In this hybrid role you will work with delivery teams that build and enhance software solutions across our core business areas, gaining exposure to multiple parts of our operations. You will help strengthen competencies in financial engineering, data analysis, and user-centered system design while collaborating with business units to solve complex problems. Three main responsibilities include assisting with application enhancement requests, partnering with teams to research and resolve production issues, and working collaboratively with IT staff and business units across the firm. The position is located in the United States, with on-site work in our Boston office three to four days per week.

Requirements

You should be currently pursuing a Bachelors or Masters degree in a computer science related field and possess excellent programming skills in .NET, Java, and Python. Experience with cloud providers, ideally AWS, is preferred, and familiarity with the investment management business is helpful. Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, excellent communication skills, and personal qualities such as honesty, integrity, and a strong work ethic are essential. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, takes initiative, and takes pride in delivering quality work while thriving in a collaborative environment.
