What is this role?

We are searching for a Junior Software Engineer to join us on a full-time basis in Argentina. This is a hybrid role designed for a developer who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will be part of a developer-centric culture that embraces continuous deployment and a no-code-ownership philosophy, allowing you to work across various parts of our product and tackle high-scale, big-data challenges every day.

What will you do?

• Design and build modules for a high-end platform that handles billions of transactions daily.
• Deploy your code to production frequently and take ownership of your application's performance and health.
• Collaborate closely with product managers to define, prioritize, and finalize new features while performing full-stack development.

What makes you a great fit?

You should have at least one year of software development experience in a dynamic environment and hold a B.Sc. in computer science or a related field. Because we operate globally, advanced English proficiency is required. While not all are mandatory, we value experience with the following:

• Languages such as Java, Scala, Python, or TypeScript.
• Working with SQL, big data, and large-scale database performance.
• Developing online, cloud-based SaaS products.
• Operating in Linux production environments and web server or client-side development.
