Software Engineer at Aven

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our mission-driven team in the United States. What you'll be doing

• You will design and build core product infrastructure to take our platform from the initial stages to a fully realized, scalable service.
• You will develop high-quality consumer features, such as our credit card origination flow and video notarization solutions, while ensuring a seamless user experience across all network conditions.
• You will collaborate across the entire organization, including working directly with our customer support teams to solve real user problems and contributing to our overall product strategy and technical architecture.

What you'll bring

To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in Software Architecture and Distributed Systems. We are looking for someone who has experience with:

• Leading complex, large-scale technical projects that involve many moving parts.
• Building high-quality consumer interfaces with a focus on UI Design and performance.
• Iterative Product Development driven by metrics and data.
• Working on production-grade systems, such as compilers, operating systems, or large-scale infrastructure.
• Communicating effectively in English while working in a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment.
