Software Engineer at ARPA

We are currently looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. Responsibilities

• Develop and implement cryptographic protocols using Rust while maintaining a deep understanding of underlying primitives.
• Build secure, reliable smart contract applications using Solidity and Foundry, ensuring high code quality through rigorous unit, integration, and end-to-end testing.
• Manage backend deployments and automation workflows by leveraging Linux, Docker, and Python-based CI/CD pipelines.

Requirements

We value engineers who possess a strong grasp of computer science fundamentals and a genuine enthusiasm for software engineering. To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications:

• Extensive experience with at least one major programming language and its associated ecosystem.
• A proactive mindset that seeks to automate repetitive tasks and improve development efficiency.
• The ability to conduct independent research and evolve your technical skills without constant supervision.
• Professional proficiency in both Chinese and English, specifically regarding the creation and comprehension of technical documentation.
• A consistent history of practice in your craft, with at least three years of dedicated experience.
• Adaptability to an asynchronous, remote work environment.
