We are currently searching for a Software Engineer to join our growing team in New York City, where you will report to our CTO and help us build innovative, user-centric experiences.

What you'll be doing

• You will scale our infrastructure to support rapid growth while ensuring our systems remain reliable and performant.
• You will design, lead, and maintain our data-driven applications from the initial concept through to final implementation.
• You will collaborate closely with our product and design teams and participate in on-call rotations to support our data infrastructure.

What you'll bring

To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in software engineering and a passion for fintech. We are looking for someone who possesses the following qualifications:

• At least 3 years of professional experience working with Ruby on Rails and RSpec.
• Solid knowledge of relational databases and effective database design.
• Experience in implementing and consuming REST APIs.
• A proven ability to develop user-facing elements while managing complex server-side logic.
• A commitment to maintaining principled software patterns and a genuine enthusiasm for problem-solving.
• Fluency in English and a desire to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
