Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture and configuration of our Intranet and SharePoint environments while working closely with key stakeholders.
- Provide ongoing operational support for our critical Microsoft software and systems.
- Establish and maintain best practices for our Microsoft solutions, including release management and patching strategies.
- Develop and enhance our IT ticketing systems to automate workflows and improve the end-user experience.
- Translate business requirements and functional specifications into high-quality technical designs.
- Design, build, and deploy scalable applications while adhering to strict data governance and security standards.
- Ensure all development work aligns with established quality standards and privacy protocols.
Must-haves
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience in software design and enterprise architecture, with a strong focus on SharePoint Online and Microsoft technologies.
- 5 or more years of experience working with JavaScript, jQuery, JSON, HTML 5, CSS 3, MVC, and web services.
- At least 3 years of experience managing SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, permissions, and custom workflows.
- 3 or more years of experience in UI/UX design specifically for Intranet development.
- Proven experience working with agile development methodologies like Scrum.
- Experience designing solutions within IT management platforms such as ServiceNow or Fresh Service.
- Strong communication skills in English and the ability to collaborate effectively with business sponsors.
Nice-to-haves
- Microsoft Certified Professional Developer (MCPD) certification.
- Experience integrating SharePoint with platforms like Workday or Oracle ERP Cloud.
