The opportunity

We are seeking Senior Software Engineers to help lead our efforts in shaping the future of home lending in the United States. This role is a chance to work on systems that manage financial assets worth trillions of dollars. You will be instrumental in building the infrastructure that allows our enterprise customers to operate more efficiently and save millions of dollars annually. A day in the life

• Architecting and launching the next version of our no-code platform, which enables our customers to digitize their operational workflows.
• Integrating with third-party service APIs to automate underwriting, document generation, and fraud prevention.
• Designing and building our next-generation job processing infrastructure on AWS to ensure our backend remains highly observable and reliable.

Who you are

You are a senior-level engineer who thrives in a fast-paced, product-oriented environment. You have a deep understanding of Full Stack Development and are comfortable working within our primary tech stack, which includes TypeScript, React, Node, GraphQL, and Postgres. You value infrastructure-as-code and have experience managing systems with Terraform and Docker. We are looking for someone who brings the following:

• A strong focus on security, especially when handling sensitive personal data.
• Experience designing and scaling complex relational database schemas.
• An SRE-oriented mindset with a passion for building reliable, distributed systems in the cloud.
• A collaborative spirit, including a desire to mentor other engineers and contribute to product strategy.
• Fluency in English to facilitate our open communication style.
