About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our team in a full-time capacity. In this role, you will be at the forefront of our innovation efforts, designing and maintaining the infrastructure that powers our platform. You will work within a supportive, collaborative culture that values diverse perspectives and open communication while tackling complex technical challenges across our cloud-based systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze complex technical problems and develop effective, scalable solutions that drive our projects forward.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teammates to ensure our software meets the high standards required for real estate commerce.
• Design and implement robust technical solutions that improve money movement, reduce risk, and provide visibility for our users.

Requirements

We are seeking experienced engineers who possess a strong background in software engineering and cloud technologies. You should have a proven track record of solving difficult problems and a passion for working in the FinTech or PropTech sectors. Strong communication skills are essential, as you will need to articulate your technical strategies clearly to the rest of the team.
