What you bring

We are seeking a mid-level Software Engineer to join our team on a full-time basis. You will work in a hybrid environment based in the United States, utilizing your expertise in AWS, React Native, TypeScript, Node, and GraphQL to solve complex engineering challenges. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Designing and expanding mobile applications, web portals, and backend systems that empower clinicians to serve more patients efficiently.
• Enhancing our engagement platform through experimentation to ensure patients receive the right information at the right time.
• Developing sophisticated logistics and coordination backends to address large-scale optimization problems.

Requirements

The ideal candidate is a motivated engineer who thrives on technical challenges and wants to grow alongside a team of experienced professionals from companies like Google, Facebook, and Uber. You should have a strong command of English and a solid foundation in engineering principles. We value candidates who have experience with automation and backend systems. While not strictly required, having a background in health tech or experience with vehicle routing and scheduling algorithms will earn you bonus points. We are looking for someone who is eager to take on real responsibility and make meaningful decisions early in their career.

What we offer
