Our team of more than 580 people operates across France, Spain, and Belgium, and we are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join us in this journey.
Key outcomes
- Lead high-impact and high-risk projects that require coordination across multiple engineering teams.
- Design efficient systems and engineering practices that improve how our various products and teams interact.
- Mentor fellow engineers and take on leadership roles within our crews.
- Contribute to the growth of our engineering community by participating in the hiring process and refining our technical assessment methods.
- Build and maintain infrastructure, interfaces, and applications that serve our members and health professionals.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional experience in software engineering.
- Strong proficiency in Object Oriented Programming, such as Python, Java, or C#.
- Enthusiasm for modern web technologies, specifically JavaScript.
- A willingness to work with our primary stack, which includes Python, Flask, React, React Native, and PostgreSQL.
- A collaborative mindset with a focus on teamwork, learning, and teaching.
- An entrepreneurial spirit and a self-starting attitude toward solving complex problems.
- Fluency in English.
