At Quest Analytics, we are dedicated to improving healthcare access for millions of Americans by providing the innovative tools used by 95% of the nation's health plans. We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our remote team and help us scale our platforms while building high-quality enterprise software.

Responsibilities

Contribute to the architectural design and ongoing development of our platform.
Scale our existing systems and implement new, impactful features.
Develop unique algorithms to address complex technical challenges.
Build automation tools to streamline our data and internal processes.
Research and prototype new techniques to shape the future of our product suite.

Must-haves

A bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent professional experience.
At least 3 years of experience in software development using C#, ideally within a commercial SaaS environment.
Strong proficiency in SQL Server or similar relational databases.
Experience working with Dapper or Entity Framework.
Expertise in designing and consuming REST APIs.
Frontend development skills including HTML, CSS, and modern frameworks like React.
A deep understanding of xUnit testing and SOLID principles.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences.
