At Quest Analytics, we are dedicated to improving healthcare access for millions of Americans by providing the innovative tools used by 95% of the nation's health plans. We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our remote team and help us scale our platforms while building high-quality enterprise software.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the architectural design and ongoing development of our platform.
- Scale our existing systems and implement new, impactful features.
- Develop unique algorithms to address complex technical challenges.
- Build automation tools to streamline our data and internal processes.
- Research and prototype new techniques to shape the future of our product suite.
Must-haves
- A bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent professional experience.
- At least 3 years of experience in software development using C#, ideally within a commercial SaaS environment.
- Strong proficiency in SQL Server or similar relational databases.
- Experience working with Dapper or Entity Framework.
- Expertise in designing and consuming REST APIs.
- Frontend development skills including HTML, CSS, and modern frameworks like React.
- A deep understanding of xUnit testing and SOLID principles.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences.
