The opportunity

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis in the United States. In this role, you will be a key contributor to our product development, helping us refine the technology that powers our musical community. You will work closely with our design and engineering teams to build features that resonate with our users and shape the future of our platform. We value engineers who are not only technically skilled but also deeply product-oriented and design-conscious, as you will have a direct impact on how our community interacts with our tools every day.

A day in the life

• You will dive into our existing codebase and infrastructure to understand our systems while collaborating with the design team to bring Figma flows to life.
• You will build, test, and launch new features on a weekly basis, giving you a front-row seat to see how the community engages with your work.
• You will provide thoughtful feedback on pull requests and product briefs, helping the entire engineering team improve the quality of our code and our approach to technical decision-making.

Who you are

You are a seasoned engineer with at least 5 years of experience working in high-growth startups or on consumer-facing social applications. You have a strong command of React Native, TypeScript, and Firebase. Beyond your technical expertise, you are a curious learner who is excited to explore new parts of the stack. You are opinionated about your work, yet you remain open to new ideas and emerging technologies. You value the human element of software, and if you happen to play a musical instrument or are currently learning one, that is a wonderful bonus.
