SoloPulse Corp is a dual-use radar company committed to the relentless exploration of the frontiers of radar sensing technology. As a Software Engineer at SoloPulse, you will play a critical role in the development of our software solutions. You will work on a wide range of tasks, from algorithm development to frontend-backend integration. This role requires expertise in Python, C++ and JavaScript, as well as a strong background in algorithm development. At SoloPulse, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, autonomous, and innovative environment that values independent thinking and initiative.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and deploy software solutions using a variety of programming languages and technologies

Implement and maintain both frontend and backend components of our applications

Develop and optimize algorithms to solve complex problems

Engineer low-latency solutions to proprietary computational operations

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and define software requirements

Contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related quantitative field from an accredited 4-year university

2+ years of proven experience as a Software Engineer, with a strong portfolio of past projects

Proficiency in Python, C++ and JavaScript

Familiarity with modern frontend and backend development technologies

Familiarity with database systems (SQL, NoSQL)

Knowledge of software architecture and design paradigms

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Strong problem solving skills

Willingness to take ownership of projects and work autonomously

Bonus Qualifications

Prior experience with digital signal processing (DSP) software

Prior experience working in a startup environment

Prior experience with NVIDIA's CUDA toolkit

Proficiency using GPU-accelerated libraries such as PyTorch and OpenGL/ThreeJS
