You will join a collaborative engineering team that delivers large-scale eCommerce and enterprise software for clients across multiple industries. We operate as an ambassador for engineering excellence, guiding both our people and our clients on coding standards, Scrum practices, code refactoring, performance optimisation, continuous integration and testing. Our wider community of Software Engineers values continuous learning, knowledge sharing and innovation within an Agile environment.

What you'll be doing

Design and build large-scale software solutions for eCommerce and enterprise clients using .NET, C#, Java, Spring Boot, JavaScript, Node, React, AWS, MySQL and MongoDB, while applying Continuous Integration and Delivery practices.
Champion software quality and technical vision by promoting TDD and BDD approaches, mentoring junior and mid-level developers, and supporting their career development plans.
Facilitate problem-solving sessions, contribute ideas in a collaborative setting where opinions are valued, and take ownership of your own career growth with support from the wider management team.

What you'll bring

Senior-level experience delivering complex software projects with .NET, C#, Java, Spring Boot, JavaScript, Node and React.
Hands-on expertise with cloud and data technologies including AWS, MySQL and MongoDB, plus familiarity with Jenkins, Docker and Kubernetes.
Strong command of English and a genuine interest in Agile ways of working, continuous integration, testing and mentoring others.
