The opportunity

We are expanding the team behind Triton, our market-leading, broker-neutral Execution Management System. As a Software Engineer on the Core C# Development team, you will help evolve a platform that unifies liquidity, analytics, and workflow tools into one customizable interface used daily by top hedge funds and institutional investors. Your work will directly shape how these clients manage complex, multi-asset trading strategies in real time.

A day in the life

• You will scale the capacity and performance of existing C# components and user experiences, applying Agile practices to deliver measurable improvements in speed and reliability.
• You will evaluate emerging technologies and contribute to the design of next-generation features that keep Triton at the forefront of execution management.
• You will collaborate across engineering, product, and support teams, communicating progress clearly while balancing multiple concurrent projects and shifting priorities.

Who you are

You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree and bring three to five years of professional software development experience. You have a proven track record building high-performance, multi-threaded user interfaces in C# and possess a strong command of Core .NET technologies for both GUI and server-side work. You are comfortable using .NET memory and performance profiling tools, writing unit tests, and supporting production environments where operational stability matters. Proficiency in object-oriented design and at least one additional advanced language-Java or WPF-is expected, and any prior exposure to financial markets or trading systems is viewed as a valuable plus. You communicate effectively, thrive as a self-starter, and are driven by a genuine passion for technical excellence. Fluency in English is required.
